Dhx4d reserves the right to request age verification or identity documents at any time. Should a member fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated period, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.
Dhx4d uses both automated and manual verification methods to ensure all members meet the required eligibility criteria. Breaching eligibility conditions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balance that has not fulfilled the wagering requirements.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the dhx4d platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the same or different identities, IP addresses, payment methods, or device information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.
Holding multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent betting limits is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without notice.

The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. No maximum deposit is set for standard accounts, though limits may apply based on VIP tier and risk assessment compliance. All deposits are processed and credited to the account balance within 1 to 10 minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
The payment method you use for deposits must be in your own name. dhx4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or joint accounts where the account holder's name differs from your dhx4d account name.
Dhx4d does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own separate fees in accordance with their policies — please check with your provider before making a transaction. All amounts are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. dhx4d does not accept or process any foreign currency.
Dhx4d members may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time once the following conditions have been met:
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Winning withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, within the following timeframes:
Dhx4d does not charge any withdrawal fees for standard amounts. Withdrawals are processed seven days a week, including public holidays. For amounts exceeding certain thresholds, additional verification may be required.
If a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original payment method for technical reasons, the dhx4d team will contact the member to arrange a suitable alternative. Winnings arising from technical errors or system bugs are invalid and subject to cancellation at dhx4d's discretion.
Dhx4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms displayed alongside each offer, and those terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.

Dhx4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

For voluntary closures, any valid balance and outstanding winnings will be returned once all rollover requirements have been met and the verification process is complete.
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, dhx4d reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings in that account while an investigation is conducted.
